Job Description
Hiring for field sales executive position

Job role: Pitch for our software subscription model in the retail stores of your locality. Additional 250 RS incentives for per lead generation and 100 rs. Transportation allowance everyday.
Hiring process: Get your probationary offer letter first, make your 3 sales and join our company permanently.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales & Pitching
    • Visit retail stores within the assigned locality and present the benefits of our software subscription model .
    • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and explain how the software helps retailers streamline operations, track inventory, manage sales, and enhance profitability.
    • Highlight subscription packages, pricing models, and exclusive offers to encourage sign-ups.
    • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets .
  2. Customer Engagement
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail store owners and decision-makers.
    • Address customer doubts, queries, and objections effectively during the pitch.
    • Provide personalized solutions based on the unique needs of each store.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor for their software adoption journey.
  3. Market Development
    • Identify potential retail stores that can benefit from our software and generate leads through direct field visits.
    • Keep track of competitor offerings and provide feedback to the management team.
    • Suggest local marketing initiatives to increase awareness about the software.
  4. Reporting & Coordination
    • Maintain accurate records of store visits, pitches, and closures in CRM tools.
    • Report daily sales activities, challenges, and achievements to the Sales Manager.
    • Coordinate with the technical support and onboarding team to ensure smooth implementation for new subscribers.

Required Skills & Competencies

  1. Sales & Persuasion Skills
    • Strong ability to convince and influence retail store owners to adopt the subscription model.
    • Experience in direct/field sales, B2B, or software product sales will be an added advantage.
  2. Communication Skills
    • Excellent verbal communication in the local language, Hindi, and/or English.
    • Ability to present technical solutions in a simple, business-focused manner .
  3. Customer-Centric Approach
    • Patience and empathy to understand retailers pain points.
    • Capability to customize pitches based on store size, type, and requirements.
  4. Self-Motivation & Target Orientation
    • A results-driven individual who thrives on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
  5. Technical Awareness
    • Basic understanding of software products, subscription models, and mobile apps.
