Required Telesales Executive - Delhi

Job Responsibilities;-
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Good knowledge of the Ms Excel.
Expanding the customer base by up selling & cross selling of product. Respond to customer queries across multiple channels (email, phone, in-person).
Attending inbounds and Outbounds calls should have knowledge of all financial Product i.e. Fixed Deposit, Mutual funds, Bonds ,insurance etc. Expanding the customer base by up selling & cross selling of product Resolving customer complaint quickly & efficiently Keeping the customer updated on the latest product in order to increase sales Query Handling & Problem solving
Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
