Required Telesales Executive - Hyderabad

A Telesales Executive is responsible for reaching out to prospective clients and offering them private funding solutions such as business loans, personal loans, project financing, or investment opportunities provided by private lenders or financial institutions. The role demands excellent communication skills, persuasive selling ability, and financial awareness to match clients with the right funding options. As part of the sales team, the Telesales Executive will engage with potential customers over the phone, understand their financial requirements, explain funding options, and guide them through the application process. Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting
   • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce private funding products and services.
   • Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, and databases.
   • Follow up on inquiries generated through marketing campaigns or online platforms.
2. Client Engagement
   • Communicate with prospective clients to understand their funding requirements (business expansion, working capital, personal finance, property investment, etc.).
   • Clearly explain funding products, interest rates, repayment terms, and eligibility criteria.
   • Address client queries, doubts, or concerns to build trust and credibility.
3. Sales and Conversion
   • Persuade customers to choose the company s private funding solutions over competitors.
   • Maintain a consultative selling approach by recommending suitable products based on client needs.
   • Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
4. Documentation and Application Processing
   • Assist clients in completing loan/funding applications and collect required documents.
   • Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
   • Coordinate with the operations or credit team for application verification and approval.
5. Relationship Management
   • Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
   • Maintain regular follow-up with clients to update them on application status or new funding offers.

6. Market Research and Reporting
