Job Description
Need candidate for a real estate company with proficiency in Hindi, English and Telugu. Candidates with experience preferred. Need immediate joiners only. The candidates will be provided desktops, internet, training and beverages. 6 day job from office. 1 paid leave every month.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting
    • Make outbound calls to potential buyers from the company database, online inquiries, or marketing campaigns.
    • Contact prospective clients to introduce ongoing or upcoming real estate projects.
    • Generate interest and qualify leads based on their property requirements, budget, and location preference.
  2. Customer Engagement
    • Provide detailed information about properties, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and other project highlights.
    • Listen actively to customer needs and recommend the most suitable project options.
    • Maintain a courteous, professional, and persuasive tone during conversations.
  3. Follow-ups and Relationship Building
    • Follow up with interested clients to encourage further engagement.
    • Remind clients about scheduled site visits or meetings with sales executives.
    • Build trust and rapport to convert inquiries into serious prospects.
  4. Coordination with Sales Team
    • Transfer qualified leads to the field sales or business development team.
    • Schedule site visits and coordinate with on-ground sales representatives.
    • Ensure seamless communication between clients and the sales department.
  5. Database Management
    • Update CRM systems or Excel sheets with client details, call logs, and follow-up status.
    • Maintain accuracy of records for tracking conversions and customer interactions.
    • Segment leads into categories (hot, warm, cold) for effective follow-up strategies.
  6. Handling Inbound Calls
    • Attend calls from interested buyers seeking details of projects.
    • Provide accurate information regarding availability, payment plans, and offers.
    • Capture caller information and convert inquiries into leads.
  7. Market and Product Knowledge
    • Stay updated about the company s real estate projects, offers, and inventory.
    • Maintain knowledge of competitor projects, pricing, and trends.
    • Share market insights with management for strategic planning.
  8. Achieving Targets
    • Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets, lead generation goals, and appointment setting benchmarks.
    • Contribute to overall sales performance by converting maximum leads into site visits.

Skills Required

  1. Communication Skills
    • Fluent in English, Hindi, and local language (as per region).
    • Clear, polite, and persuasive telephone manner.
