Job Description

We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join Shine Projects. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our ShinePoints - Reward Points Software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. The job involves meeting retail store owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining the benefits (Free for 1st Month and Rs.999/- Per annum after Free offer ends)

Key Responsibilities:

Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (any area)&

Achieve the target of 50 store tie-ups per month. Over achieve for higher incentives.

Build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.

Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.

Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.

Required Skills

Technical / Professional Skills

Good knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with sales processes such as lead generation, funnel management, and client engagement.
Basic knowledge of CRM software or MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to prepare and deliver compelling presentations.

Soft Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive personality with excellent selling abilities.
High self-motivation and ability to work independently.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Confidence in handling objections and closing deals.
