Job Description
A Relationship Manager in the automobile industry(Nexa) is& a professional focused on building and maintaining strong connections with customers, enhancing brand loyalty, and driving business growth.& They act as a point of contact for customers, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular interactions.
    • Understand client needs, preferences, and financial or business goals.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and offer tailored solutions.
  2. Business Development & Sales
    • Identify new business opportunities from existing clients (cross-selling and upselling).
    • Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and direct interactions.
    • Meet assigned sales and revenue targets by promoting relevant products or services.
  3. Customer Service & Support
    • Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding queries, concerns, or complaints.
    • Provide prompt solutions to client issues to maintain satisfaction.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of products/services.
  4. Market Research & Analysis
    • Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and market trends.
    • Keep track of competitor activities and suggest strategies for retaining clients.
    • Provide feedback to management on customer expectations and product improvements.
  5. Account Management
    • Maintain up-to-date client information and transaction history in CRM systems.
    • Monitor client accounts for activity, profitability, and growth potential.
    • Conduct periodic reviews and share reports with management.
  6. Event & Networking Participation
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, or client meetings.
    • Strengthen client engagement through seminars, webinars, and customer appreciation programs.
  7. Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with product, operations, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Share client insights and market intelligence with cross-functional teams.
    • Mentor junior relationship executives when required.
