Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-6 Yrs) Anywhere In India/Multiple Locations (BFSI Sales)

Responsibilities :- Identifying new customers via networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation techniques.
-Supervising the tasks of all the Sales executives in the team.
-Handling problems and issues as and when they arise.
-Setting and meeting sales revenue targets.
-Maintaining a healthy relationship with existing and new clients.
-Developing and planning various sales activities.
-Assisting the Human Resources department in hiring new employees.
-and analyzing all the sales-related data.
-Maintaining an accurate record of total closed sale deals.
-Preparing regular sales reports and presenting them to the higher management.
-Recommending sales improvement strategies and giving advice to the sales team.
-Researching competitors products, prices, and marketing insights.
-Documenting all the aspects of sales team activities.
-Maintaining technical knowledge by attending conferences and workshops. Requirements :- Bachelor s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
