Employment Type : Full Time, Work from Office Work Timings : 10 am - 7pm (We work on 1st, 3rd & 5th (If Any) Saturdays) Job Reports To: Business Development Director / Co-FounderJob Responsibilities- Use Online and Offline Platforms to get leads and directly reach out to them- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions (e.g., software, websites, LMS platforms, etc)- Knowledge of Business Analysis will be a Plus.- Experience in interacting with clients in different countries.- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to meeting and closing.- Be a key player and contributor to the direction & management of the growing sales team.- Achieve sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients- Update and maintain CRM Tools (Zoho)- Monitor Industry Trends, Work & Competitors- Prepare and Analyse Sales Pipelines & Reports- Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive sales initiatives- Present IT products/services to potential clients through direct communication (emails, phone calls, meetings)Skill Requirements- Experience: 2 years in an IT Organisation (Required)- Proven Track Record- Understand client project requirements- Thorough understanding of websites, software & development tools- Good command of the English language.- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentationsLEVEL OF EXPERTISE- SaaS Sales - 1-2 years- Sales - 1-2 years (ref:updazz.com)
