Key Responsibilities

3. Interview Coordination

• Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers .

• Assist in preparing interview questionnaires, evaluation forms, and candidate feedback reports .
• Ensure smooth communication between candidates and interviewers.

4. Candidate Communication

• Maintain professional and timely communication with candidates via emails, calls, and messages .
• Provide candidates with job-related information, company policies, and next steps in the hiring process.
• Address candidate queries regarding roles, benefits, and company culture .
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

5. HR Administrative Support

• Assist in updating HR records, employee data, and recruitment documentation .
• Help maintain HR files, offer letters, joining documents, and contracts .
• Support HR in onboarding processes such as collecting documents, orientation scheduling, and basic training coordination.
• Contribute to HR projects like employee engagement, surveys, and performance tracking .

6. Employer Branding & Social Media

• Help maintain the company s social media presence for recruitment campaigns .
