Key Responsibilities

1. Student Counseling and Guidance

• Guide students and parents regarding available courses, admission criteria, and academic programs.
• Understand students educational backgrounds, career interests, and financial capabilities.
• Provide personalized counseling to help students choose suitable programs or colleges.
• Motivate students to explore different career opportunities based on their interests.

2. Handling Enquiries and Leads

• Respond to walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and online inquiries regarding admission-related queries.
• Convert inquiries into admissions through effective follow-ups and personalized communication .
• Maintain and update lead databases to track potential students.
• Actively participate in student recruitment campaigns and events.

3. Admission Process Management

• Assist students with the application process, documentation, and form submissions .
• Provide detailed information about eligibility, fees, scholarships, and admission deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.
• Follow up with applicants to complete pending documentation and requirements.

4. Promoting Academic Programs

• Present information about courses, syllabi, and specializations in a clear and engaging manner .
• Promote university or institution programs through seminars, webinars, and career fairs .
• Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials.
• Represent the institution in external events and student outreach programs.

5. Coordination with Academic and Marketing Teams

• Work closely with academic departments to understand course structures and eligibility criteria .
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns and student recruitment strategies .
• Share market insights and student feedback to help improve promotional strategies.
• Ensure that all communication aligns with the institution s branding and objectives.

6. Reporting and Target Achievement

• Maintain detailed records of student interactions, inquiries, and conversions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead generation, counseling sessions, and admissions.
• Work towards achieving individual and team enrollment targets.
• Analyze conversion ratios to improve counseling effectiveness.
