Job Overview

A Data Entry Executive plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, organization, and maintenance of company data . They are responsible for entering, updating, verifying, and managing information in various computer systems and databases. This role requires strong attention to detail, typing proficiency, and accuracy , as even minor mistakes can affect business operations. Data Entry Executives work closely with different departments, including accounts, administration, operations, sales, and HR , to maintain updated and error-free data records. Their role is essential for ensuring smooth business functioning and efficient decision-making .

• Compare data with the source documents, apart from re-entering data in the verification format, in order to detect errors.
• Compile, sort as well as verify the accuracy of the data before entry is done.
• Maintain the logbooks of activities along with completed work.
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking the output.

& Required Skills:

• Experience with MS Office and data programs
• Typing speed and accuracy
• Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
