-Job Title: Cluster Manager - HNI Sales- Location: Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Surat Role Summary:Lead a dynamic team of 8-10 RMs to acquire & manage HNI clients (- 25L ). Be the face of the business, drive AUM growth, and deliver world-class wealth advisory.- Key Responsibilities:- Lead & support a team to onboard HNI clients - Build strong, lasting client relationships - Drive financial planning & investment advisory - Coordinate with product & research teams for portfolio strategy - Conduct seminars/workshops for business development What We re Looking For:- 4-5 yrs experience in HNI Wealth Management- Team handling experience (min 4-6 people)- Deep understanding of financial products & markets- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Qualification:- MBA/PGDM/Graduate (Finance/Marketing)- CFP is a plus!
