Hiring for State Sales Manager for Agriculture Company Exp- 5 Years Location- Gujarat /Tamil Nadu /Andhra Pradesh Key Responsibilities:- State sales representatives must be able to effectively manage the sales and operational budgets of their assigned territory in order to meet or exceed sales goals.- Develop and implement dealer business plans, manage forecasting, inventory management, and product line demand issues, set the business direction, and coordinate follow-ups with dealers- Coordinate market development/fact plots and farm demonstrations with the assistance of large growers- Train the dealer sales force to sell value, deliver our brand experience and manage objections, mostly through ride-along and joint farmer calls- Responsible for supporting all area managers with information about the Company s product line, as well as supporting area managers with information about any new developments involving the Company.- Possess a dedication to quality customer service by creating a positive image of the product or service in question.- Responsibility to ensure that all new sales initiatives are conducted in an ethical, fair, and considerate manner.- Must be able to effectively troubleshoot problems when interacting with customers, and develop solutions to both known problems and future potential issues by doing their own research, identifying solutions (ref:updazz.com)
