• Fixed salary Performance-based incentives
• Travel allowances, Food and other benefits as per company policy
• Visit retail outlets, general trade stores, wholesalers, and distributors on a daily basis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Minimum 1 3 years of field sales experience in the FMCG sector (preferred).
• Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
