Key Responsibilities

1. Lesson Planning & Curriculum Delivery

• Develop comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the curriculum guidelines.
• Design engaging learning activities to enhance understanding of core concepts.
• Deliver lectures and practical sessions effectively, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs .
• Integrate digital tools and multimedia resources to make lessons more interactive.
• Ensure lesson plans promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity .

2. Classroom Management

• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment .
• Set clear expectations for behavior, participation, and performance.
• Manage classroom dynamics to ensure active involvement from all students.
• Handle conflicts or disciplinary issues fairly and effectively.
• Foster mutual respect, cooperation, and teamwork among students.

3. Student Assessment & Progress Tracking

• Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student performance.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on progress and areas of improvement.
• Identify learning gaps and design strategies to support struggling students.
• Maintain accurate academic records, grade books, and progress reports.
• Prepare students for internal and external examinations confidently.

4. Individualized Student Support

• Recognize different learning styles and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Offer extra guidance or remedial classes for students requiring additional help.
• Provide career counseling and personal mentorship where needed.
• Motivate students to achieve their full potential academically and personally.

5. Use of Technology & Modern Teaching Methods

• Incorporate e-learning tools, smart boards, and online resources into lessons.
• Use learning management systems (LMS) to upload materials, track attendance, and monitor student engagement.
• Stay updated with latest educational technologies to enhance classroom delivery.

6. Collaboration & Teamwork

• Work closely with other teachers to ensure syllabus consistency and curriculum alignment .
• Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and training programs .
• Collaborate with school counselors, special educators, and parents to support students ' academic and emotional needs.
• Contribute to developing co-curricular and extracurricular activities that complement academic learning.
