Role Description:- We are seeking both Sales Executives and Senior Sales Executives to join our dynamic team in a full-time, on-site role located in Noida. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, and closing sales.
-Your day-to-day tasks will include networking, conducting property tours, preparing sales documents, and coordinating with other team members to achieve sales targets.
-As a Senior Sales Executive, you will additionally mentor junior sales staff, lead major sales strategies, and develop broader client relationships while driving larger-scale business results. Qualifications:- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the real estate sector- Strong networking, lead generation, and client relationship skills- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills- Proficiency in preparing sales documents and understanding property details- Leadership and mentoring abilities for Senior Sales Executives- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software- Strong knowledge of the local property market- Bachelor s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred (ref:updazz.com)
