Job Description
At Globiva, we partner with leading brands to deliver innovative business solutions. We re looking for a dynamic professional to drive business growth through new client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities :Business Development (60%) :- Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B clients for our services.- Drive the entire sales cycle: from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closure.- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and influencers.- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.Marketing Initiatives (30%) :- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that support lead generation.- Represent Globiva at industry events, webinars, and networking forums.- Work on brand visibility and content to support business development efforts.Account Management (10%) :- Ensure smooth handover of new clients to the operations team.- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. What We re Looking For :- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketing.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Strong understanding of sales pipelines, lead generation, and client engagement.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to work independently. Good to Have- Experience in outsourcing/BPM/consulting industries.- Exposure to digital marketing tools for lead generation (LinkedIn, email campaigns, etc.). (ref:updazz.com)
