Job Description
Manage inbound customer sales calls, execute targeted outreach campaigns, nurture leads, and drive growth through strategic demand generation tactics for our client. Written and verbal communication skills, with prior experience in market research or lead generation. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in the B2B sector, including BANT/HQL dialing, and the ability to work night shifts.Key Responsibilities : Providing Parts Information : Assist customers in finding the exact auto parts they need by offering detailed information and confirming compatibility. Assisting with Order Placement : Guide customers through the order process, emphasizing accuracy for seamless transactions. Addressing Customer Inquiries : Handle various inquiries promptly and satisfactorily, covering aspects from parts specifics to pricing, shipping, and returns. Providing Technical Support : Offer parts expertise and basic technical assistance to troubleshoot problems and assist in installations. Upselling and Cross-selling : Enhance customer experience by suggesting complementary or upgraded parts during calls to improve satisfaction and identify sales opportunities. (ref:updazz.com)
