Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities.&
Client Engagement: Reach out to prospects, share company offerings, and build initial relationships.
Drive Sales Cycle: Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches independently to engage and convert clients.
Maintain Database: Keep detailed records of client interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Market Research: Gather insights on market trends, competitors, and client needs.
Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with prospects and clients to nurture relationships and support deal closures.
Coordinate Internally: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and client satisfaction.

Requirements:
1 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (experience in media, advertising, OOH, digital, or related fields is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments
Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
