Job Description
  • Identify & onboard high-value influencers aligning with Shills Professional s brand.
  • Assist in planning and executing influencer campaigns and commission structures.
  • Track and report influencer performance, sales conversions, and engagement.
  • Ensure influencers comply with content and code usage guidelines.
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations, product promotions, and brand campaigns.
  • Key Responsibilities

    1. Influencer Identification & Collaboration

    • Research and identify relevant influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter .
    • Evaluate influencers based on audience demographics, engagement rates, content style, and credibility .
    • Initiate collaboration and negotiate partnerships, contracts, and compensation packages .
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers to create recurring collaborations.

    2. Campaign Planning & Execution

    • Plan and design influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives and marketing strategies .
    • Coordinate content creation, ensuring brand messaging, tone, and values are accurately reflected.
    • Develop creative briefs and campaign guidelines for influencers.
    • Monitor campaign timelines, deliverables, and ensure adherence to schedules.

    3. Content Strategy & Approval

    • Review and approve influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines, compliance, and quality standards .
    • Provide feedback to influencers to optimize content performance.
    • Ensure influencer content resonates with the target audience and promotes engagement.
    • Collaborate with the internal creative team for campaign visuals, copy, and assets.

    4. Performance Tracking & Analytics

    • Monitor campaign KPIs such as reach, engagement, website traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
    • Analyze influencer content performance and audience engagement metrics.
    • Prepare detailed reports for management highlighting ROI, campaign impact, and recommendations.
    • Use analytics tools and social media insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns .

    5. Budget Management

    • Manage budgets allocated for influencer campaigns, ensuring cost-effective collaborations .
    • Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and contracts to maximize ROI .
    • Track payments, invoices, and contractual agreements with influencers.

    6. Collaboration with Marketing & PR Teams

    • Work closely with marketing, social media, and PR teams to ensure campaign alignment with broader brand strategies.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to integrate influencer campaigns with digital ads, promotions, and product launches .
    • Provide insights to content and product teams based on audience feedback and influencer trends .
