Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact for clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions that add value.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.Meet sales targets and achieve business growth objectives.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.Resolve client issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.Prepare and present regular reports on client interactions and sales performance.Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals.Requirements:Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.Preferred Skills:Experience in [Industry e.g., BFSI, Telecom, Real Estate, etc.].Ability to analyze data and trends to support business decisions.Strong networking abilities.
