Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan and run email marketing campaigns (segmentation, automation, reporting).

Manage paid ads on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Swiggy, Zepto, and other DSP/e-commerce platforms.

Execute and optimize social media ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with clear KPIs.

Coordinate with content/creative teams for ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.

A/B test creatives, audiences, and budgets to improve ROI.

Stay updated on new tools, ad formats, and platform policies.

Ensure timely execution and delivery of all campaigns.

Requirements

2 5 years of digital marketing/ads management experience.

Strong knowledge of DSPs, social media ads, and email marketing platforms.

Data-driven with proficiency in Google Analytics/Excel.

Strong multitasking and communication skills.

Strong Organizational Abilities: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
Excellent Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, to coordinate effectively across departments.
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Proactive in identifying issues and resolving them before they affect deadlines.
Leadership & Negotiation Skills: Ability to influence and motivate teams while balancing different priorities.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring high-quality deliverables and accurate reporting.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
