Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate Job Summary: We are looking for a Sales Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in recruitment, specializing in sourcing and hiring sales professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, networking ability, and a passion for connecting the right talent with the right opportunity. Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for sales positions through job portals, social media, and networking.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for sales roles.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure timely closures of open positions.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably sales hiring).
• Any qualification (graduate/postgraduate).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
