Key Responsibilities

1. Data Entry & Management

• Accurately enter, update, and verify data in company databases and systems.
• Input large volumes of information while maintaining speed and accuracy .
• Ensure that all data is correct, complete, and formatted properly .
• Organize, classify, and maintain digital records and files.

2. Documentation & Record Maintenance

• Maintain electronic and physical records for easy retrieval.
• Scan, upload, and organize documents in the designated folders.
• Ensure data confidentiality and security at all times.

3. Quality Control & Verification

• Regularly cross-check and verify data for accuracy and consistency .
• Identify errors, duplicates, and missing information, and correct them immediately .
• Follow company-defined data quality standards and ensure compliance.

4. Reporting & Coordination

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per management requirements.
• Collaborate with other teams to collect, verify, and update information .
• Escalate data discrepancies to supervisors when necessary.

5. Process Improvement

• Suggest ways to streamline data entry and management processes .
• Stay updated with the latest tools and software used in data entry.
• Support the team in automating repetitive tasks wherever possible.
