Job Summary:
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving on-ground sales of elevator products and solutions by engaging directly with clients, building strong relationships, and closing deals. This role involves visiting construction sites, residential and commercial buildings, property developers, architects, and facility managers to promote elevator solutions, demonstrate product features, and negotiate contracts. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently in the field to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development and Lead Generation:
    • Identify and approach potential clients such as real estate developers, builders, architects, and facility managers.
    • Generate leads through site visits, networking, industry events, and referrals.
    • Maintain an organized database of prospects and update lead status regularly.
  2. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
    • Conduct on-site meetings and presentations to showcase elevator products, features, and benefits.
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
    • Address client queries, concerns, and technical questions with professionalism and knowledge.
  3. Product Demonstration and Consultation:
    • Provide product demonstrations and explain technical specifications, safety features, and customization options.
    • Offer consultative advice to clients based on their building requirements and project specifications.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate proposals and solutions.
  4. Sales Process Management:
    • Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts in coordination with the sales and technical teams.
    • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions to close deals effectively.
    • Follow up on leads, pending proposals, and ongoing projects to ensure timely deal closure.
  5. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify competitors, trends, and potential opportunities.
    • Provide insights on client requirements, product demand, and feedback to management.
    • Suggest strategies for increasing sales and expanding market presence.
  6. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, site visits, and follow-ups.
    • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, including pipeline updates and revenue forecasts.
    • Ensure proper documentation of signed contracts, agreements, and project specifications.
  7. Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, technical, and operations to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Coordinate site visits, installations, and after-sales support with the technical and service teams.
    • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales strategy discussions.
