Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Product Pitching Presenting vehicle features and benefits to customers to ensure profitable sales.
  • Lead Handling Managing leads from inquiry to successful conversion.
  • Customer Communication Addressing customer complaints and updating the Customer Relations (CR) Department.
  • ERP Process Compliance Executing sales order processes in the internal ERP system.
  • Allied Services Sales Promoting and achieving sales of allied services (insurance, finance, accessories, etc.).
  • Sales Process Adherence Following SOPs and sales processes from booking to delivery of vehicles.
  • Prospect Tracking Preparing and maintaining Prospect Tracking Cards.
  • Test Drive Formalities Preparing Test Drive Forms (declaration & feedback).
  • Test Drive Demonstration Conducting the 7-Step Test Drive Demo for every customer.
  • Welcome Kit Usage Using Welcome Kits appropriately during customer interactions.
  • Post-Sale Follow-up Making the 5th-day Post Sales Follow-up (PSF) call and recording feedback.
  • Training Participation Attending training programs as per nominations.
  • Mock Demonstrations Regularly practicing mock demos to enhance product presentation skills.
  • Customer Query Handling Effectively resolving customer queries and providing timely support.
  • Deal Transparency Providing accurate information to customers and ensuring transparent transactions.
