Job Description: Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor Division: Restaurant & Hotel Reports to functionally: Front Office Manager Reports to Administratively: Operation Manager Direct reports to the Role : HSK Room Attendant Purpose of the Job: Represents the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest 's stay. Determinate 's a guest 's reservation status and identifies how long the guest will stay. Helps guests complete& registration cards& and then assigns rooms, accommodating special requests whenever possible. Verifies the guest 's method of payment and follows established credit-checking procedures. Places guest and room information in the appropriate front desk racks and& communicates& this information to the appropriate hotel personnel. & Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities: &

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks.
• Ensure all rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards.
• Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets established standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, including requisitions for restocking.
• Resolve customer complaints related to housekeeping services.
• Address maintenance issues and report to the maintenance department.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
• Perform administrative tasks such as timecards, attendance, and payroll.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure facilities are maintained to high standards.

Experience/Qualifications Essential n& Graduate in any discipline. n& 2-3 years of working experience as a Housekeeping supervisor, in hotel/ resort preferred. n& Must be able to speak in Bengali, English and Hindi. n& Should know to read and write Bengali & English language also.
