Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

& Any Graduation is mandatory
Excellent communication skills
Experience in projects construction and contract labours are mandatory
Coordinate with site admin managers and ensure smooth functioning of work at all over site 's in Hyderabad.
Reporting to Managing Director on daily basis.
Ensure Labour & staff attendance daily basis from all site 's in Hyderabad.
Labour engagement at all site 's based on approved.
Responsible for verifying and processing labour bills and contractor bills every week.
Purchases site materials and requirements; negotiating price at all site 's.
Supervising day to day site operations and staff members
Coordinating with internal departments and management
Organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and work schedules; monitoring results.
Maintaining a safe and secure work environment at all site 's.
Provides supplies by identifying needs for site requirements, procedures, and work schedules.
Petty cash handling, Spending and processing site expenses
Submitting Labour bills and expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Ensuring site material stocked and Track stocks of site supplies and place orders when necessary after Coordinating with internal departments like Civil Purchase , Accounts etc..
Ensuring site equipment 's are working condition and properly maintained.
Attending daily/weekly meetings and ensure to raise the requisition for required site materials.
Preparation and maintenance of necessary records and files for billing and payment facilitation.
Monitoring & facilitation of servicing and repairing of assets as per maintenance schedules & register.
Maintenance of all company assets and infrastructure.
Communicate up-to-date information and deal with all colleagues in a courteous, efficient manner.
Utmost honestly and sincerity is mandatory.
