Senior Designer - Branding (3-6 Yrs) Mumbai (Content/Design)

About the Role:- We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our branding team, someone who can balance creative excellence with strategic thinking.
-This role demands a designer who can translate strategy into impactful visual identity systems and bring brands to life across mediums.
-You will work on projects spanning industries, delivering visual identities, communication touchpoints, and design systems that inspire and engage. Key Responsibilities:- Create and Scale Brand Identities: Build cohesive visual identity systems, including logo, colour, typography, imagery, and visual language.
-Translate Strategy into Design: Understand brand positioning and translate it into compelling visual applications and guidelines.- Design Across Touchpoints: Deliver creative solutions across digital platforms, packaging, social media, presentations, and more.- Lead Client Engagements: Present design concepts to clients, communicate design rationale effectively, and incorporate feedback thoughtfully.- Ensure Creative Excellence: Maintain quality, consistency, and originality in all deliverables.- Mentor and Collaborate: Guide junior designers and collaborate closely with strategists, writers, and project managers to ensure alignment and timely delivery. What We re Looking For:- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in branding and visual identity design.
-Creative Excellence: A strong portfolio showcasing strategic, inventive, and visually striking design work.
-Ownership and Accountability: Ability to take charge of projects from concept to delivery.
-Communication Skills: Comfortable leading client conversations and articulating design ideas.
-Collaboration: Works well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
-Innovation-Driven: Enthusiasm for exploring new tools and approaches, including AI-assisted creative workflows. Technical Skills:- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other similar tools.
-Familiarity with generative AI tools for creative experimentation.
