Faculty / Trainer - Accounting And Taxation

Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Training

• Conduct classes, workshops, and training sessions on accounting standards, financial reporting, and taxation (Direct & Indirect).
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive lesson plans, study materials, and presentations .
• Use practical examples and case studies to enhance understanding.
• Incorporate modern teaching methods, digital tools, and interactive sessions .

2. Curriculum & Content Development

• Assist in developing and updating course curriculum and training modules .
• Design exercises, assessments, and practical assignments to test student understanding.
• Keep course content aligned with current taxation laws, accounting standards, and industry practices .

3. Student Support & Mentoring

• Provide guidance and support to students for better understanding of concepts.
• Clarify doubts, review assignments, and provide constructive feedback .
• Mentor students in practical accounting, tax filing, and professional skills .

4. Evaluation & Assessment

• Conduct tests, assessments, and evaluations to monitor learning progress.
• Provide detailed feedback and suggest improvements for students.
• Prepare performance reports and share insights with the management.

5. Industry & Professional Updates

• Stay updated with latest accounting standards, taxation laws, GST regulations, and finance industry trends .
• Share updates with students and incorporate relevant changes into teaching materials.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Subject Expertise: Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, Income Tax, TDS, Corporate Tax, and Financial Reporting .
• Teaching Skills: Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and/or local language.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to provide practical insights and solve accounting/tax-related problems.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally, Excel, ERP systems, or accounting software .
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple batches, sessions, or students efficiently.
