Job Description

About the Role We are looking for driven and passionate Telecalling Executive to join TORRINS, a leading platform for music education. The role involves calling prospective leads, promoting our music programs/instrument sales and evening classes, and converting leads into successful enrollments and sales.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential leads and customers.
Promote Torrins evening music classes and musical instruments.
Convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments/sales.
Maintain a strong follow-up system with leads.
Should be capable of working in MS Office and Google Sheets/Docs.
Represent Torrins with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
Passion for music; knowledge of music or ability to play an instrument preferred.
Driven, target-oriented, and self-motivated personality.
Prior telecalling/sales experience is a plus.

Required Skills & Competencies

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local languages .
Persuasion & Negotiation: Ability to convince prospects effectively.
Customer Handling Skills: Polite, patient, and professional while interacting with clients.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and telecalling tools.
Time Management: Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
Target-Oriented: Motivated to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
