Introduction

We are looking for hardworking and detail-oriented Packing Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packing products safely and accurately , ensuring that all orders are properly prepared for dispatch. This role is suitable for candidates who are physically active, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment .

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Packing & Labelling

• Pack products as per company guidelines, ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained.
• Seal, label, and organize items properly to prevent any damage during transit.
• Ensure accurate product counts while packing orders.
• Handle fragile and delicate products carefully to avoid breakage.

2. Order Preparation & Dispatch

• Pick items from shelves or storage areas based on order slips.
• Cross-check product codes, quantities, and specifications before packing.
• Prepare packages for shipment using appropriate packing materials.
• Coordinate with the dispatch and logistics team for smooth order processing.

3. Quality Control

• Inspect products before packing to ensure there are no damages or defects .
• Report damaged, incorrect, or missing items to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene while handling products, especially in food or medical packing .

4. Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor packing supplies like cartons, tapes, labels, and ensure adequate stock.
• Assist the warehouse team in organizing and arranging packed goods systematically.
• Update supervisors about low stock levels or shortages of packing materials.

5. Safety & Hygiene Compliance

• Follow company safety rules and packaging protocols.
• Wear safety gear such as gloves, masks, and uniforms, where required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Attention to Detail Ensure correct products and quantities are packed.
• Physical Stamina Comfortable with standing, bending, and lifting packages.
• Basic Counting & Reading Skills Ability to read labels, invoices, and instructions accurately.
• Time Management Work efficiently to meet daily packing targets.
• Teamwork Coordinate well with warehouse, dispatch, and quality control teams.
