Our hiring processUpon selection of your application/profile, you should expect the following steps in the hiring process.1. First round of discussion for getting to know each other: We would like to understand who you are, what you have done so far, and what you would like to achieve in the future. We also look forward to telling you more about Vibrant Moon and the type of work we do.2. Working together: If selected, we would invite you to work with us on a live project. Your time commitment required would be 5-10 hours over one week only. This will enable both you and us to understand how it would be working together. It is understood that you may still have your existing work commitments, so flexibility in terms of timings will be offered. And this will be a paid trial.3. If everything works out well till this stage then we ll have another round of discussion regarding the work you did, and make you an offer.Location: Mumbai or Pune.You must meet following requirements (non-negotiable)- You have 2 to 3 years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing.- You understand Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn platforms in-depth & know how to utilise them for video.- You are hands-on with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
