Our Hiring ProcessUpon selection of your application/profile, you should expect the following steps in the hiring process.1. First round of discussion for getting to know each other: We would like to understand who you are, what you have done so far, and what you would like to achieve in the future. We also look forward to telling you more about Vibrant Moon and the type of work we do.2. Working together: If selected, we would invite you to work with us on a live project. Your time commitment required would be 5-10 hours over one week, in some cases two weeks maximum. This will enable both you and us to understand how it would be working together. It is understood that you may still have your existing work commitments, so flexibility in terms of timings will be o- ered. And this will be a paid trial.3. If everything works out well till this stage then we ll have another round of discussion regarding the work you did, and make you an o- er.Location: Mumbai.You must meet following requirements (non-negotiable)- You have 3 to 4 years of proven experience.- You are open to work from our Mumbai office in WeWork, Goregaon for at least the first six months.- You are proactive, able to work independently, able to prioritise and meet targets.- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.- You are driven to add value to the client s business, team and your own growth.Position overview:The Client Services Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Vibrant Moon s clients. You will work closely with our clients and will be working across multiple industries & stakeholders. The Client Services Associate is a strategic, customer-centric, and results-driven individual who is ambitious, experienced, and interested in mastering strategic client relationships.Your primary responsibilities:You will proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives to achieve this. And you will closely work with your colleagues to ensure all the project needs are met. You will ensure there are no blockers from the client side and that the project chugs along smoothly. You will also focus on helping clients to improve their revenue and profitability by offering relevant Vibrant Moon services.More about this roleDay-to-day management:- Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts, fostering trust and confidence in our partnership. From onboarding through the full customer lifecycle.- Develop a deep understanding of the client s business and industry to provide tailored solutions and advice.- Work closely with clients to create and execute a success plan that aligns with their business objectives and maximizes the value they receive from our solutions.- Act as a client advocate within the company, representing their feedback and needs to relevant teams.- Ensure timely resolution of client issues, working closely across different teams.Weekly management:- Organise weekly team meetings with client & Vibrant Moon for sharing updates, planning ahead & following up on action items discussed.- Map out progress & ensure timely delivery of assets.- Conduct regular check-ins to ensure clients are leveraging the full capabilities of our offerings.Monthly management:- Map your own progress & timelines.- Support the team with monthly analysis for clients.- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop new content ideas and campaigns.- Stay Updated: You will stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.What you will bring:- 3 years of professional experience in a Client Servicing, Account Management, or Project Management role, ideally in a high-growth environment- Ability to identify needs and create solutions/opportunities.- Naturally creative and well-organised.
