Counsel students about career options and available courses
Handle walk-ins and incoming inquiries
Maintain follow-up with potential students
Support admission and enrollment process

& Requirements:

Good communication skills
Friendly, confident, and professional attitude
Fresh graduates or candidates with 0 1 year experience can apply

Active Listening: Strong listening skills to understand students concerns and provide appropriate guidance.
Empathy: A compassionate, non-judgmental approach to understanding and addressing students ' emotional and academic struggles.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and staff.
Problem-Solving: Ability to assess situations, identify issues, and implement practical solutions to help students overcome challenges.
Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple student cases and tasks effectively.
Confidentiality: Knowledge of ethical and legal responsibilities regarding student confidentiality and privacy.
Crisis Management: Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively, providing immediate support or referring students to appropriate resources.
