Required Office Boy - Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Office Boy to assist with daily office operations and housekeeping tasks. The Office Boy will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient office environment. This includes assisting office staff with various office chores, cleaning the pantry, ensuring cleanliness in the office, managing office supplies, and supporting general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Cleaning & Housekeeping:

• Clean Office Spaces: Ensure all office areas (e.g., workstations, common areas, meeting rooms, and restrooms) are kept clean, tidy, and well-organized.
• Pantry Maintenance: Keep the pantry area clean and stocked, ensuring supplies like tea, coffee, and snacks are available for the staff.
• Trash Disposal: Empty bins and dispose of office waste regularly, ensuring all trash is disposed of properly.
• Surface Cleaning: Clean and dust office furniture, equipment, and other surfaces to maintain a neat and hygienic environment.

2. Office Support:

• Assisting Staff: Provide support to office staff by performing minor administrative tasks, such as photocopying, filing documents, or preparing office materials.
• Printing Support: Assist in printing, scanning, and organizing documents as required by the team.
• Stationery Management: Keep track of office stationery supplies (pens, paper, folders, etc.) and ensure the stock is maintained. Notify the concerned person when items are running low.
• Arranging Office Items: Help in arranging and organizing office supplies, files, and other equipment in a systematic manner.

3. Pantry & Refreshment Support:

• Beverages: Serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to office staff and visitors as needed.
• Kitchen Cleanliness: Ensure the kitchen and pantry are clean, organized, and stocked with essential supplies (e.g., cleaning agents, cutlery, and cups).
• Snack Preparation: Assist with preparing snacks or arranging lunch orders when required.

4. General Office Tasks:

• Maintaining Office Environment: Ensure the office s surrounding areas, including the entrance and corridors, are clean and presentable at all times.
• Assist in Office Setup: Help in setting up conference rooms for meetings, arranging chairs and tables, and ensuring all equipment is ready.
• Helping with Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming office deliveries or mail packages to appropriate staff members.

5. Inventory Management:

• Stock Monitoring: Monitor the use of housekeeping supplies and replenish as necessary, including cleaning supplies and pantry stock.
• Inventory Check: Report any missing or damaged office equipment or supplies to the office manager for replacement.
