Job Description
Job Summary:- We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Global Marketing Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of email marketing initiatives and nurture journeys.
-This role is essential in driving engagement, improving conversion rates, and supporting lead generation through targeted, personalized, and automated campaigns, primarily using Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
-You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure that all email and automation efforts align with business goals and deliver measurable results.Primary Responsibilities:Email Campaign Development:- Plan, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns that support lead generation, customer engagement, and retention goals.
-Design responsive email templates that align with brand standards and drive user action.Marketing Automation (Pardot):- Own the development and execution of automated nurture journeys using Pardot.
-Build and manage workflows, engagement programs, and dynamic lists that guide leads through the funnel and support sales enablement.
-Continuously optimize automation flows based on data insights and behavioral triggers.Performance Tracking & Optimization:- Monitor key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and engagement scores.
-Conduct A/B testing and implement best practices to continuously improve email effectiveness.
-Provide reporting and insights to stakeholders.Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align email content and automation strategies with broader business objectives.
-Ensure campaigns are timed and targeted in coordination with webinars, events, and launches/ new releases.Content Support:- Develop email copy and assist with content creation for automated journeys, newsletters, and campaign assets.
-Ensure all messaging is clear, on-brand, and aligned with voice and tone guidelines. (ref:updazz.com)
