Location: -Nagpur , Maharashtra Job Type: On Roll Job Description As a Sales Manager in -MH , you ll be responsible for creating a productive agency network by guiding advisors to perform and reach their business goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Manage inbound sales queries and make outbound calls for missed sales queries.
-Mentor and guide agents to improve sales productivity and customer engagement.
-Capable in implementing & executing sales strategy to achieve desired goals.
-Maintaining sales and financial data of your territory allocated. Qualification :- Graduation is compulsory.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing (any sector) - Good communication, mentoring, and reporting skills - A positive, confident and determined approach - Capability to achieve success and growth in a competitive environment.
