Sales (Bitumen Emulsion, Modified Bitumen)Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Sales person to shape our sales organization & scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting the sales strategy. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals, & beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities.Responsibilities- Own all plans & strategies for developing business & achieving the company s sales goals- Evangelize the product & personally help close the largest deals.- Work collaboratively across teams - including Product & Marketing.- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.- Establish & foster partnerships & relationships with key customers both externally and internally.- Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors, & supply & demand.- Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling & assigning employees & following up on work results.- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies & analyzing trends & results.- Liaison: Liaison with DGS&D, CRRI, PWD, CPWD, MCD & other Govt.
