Job Description
We are hiring Telecalling Sales Executive who are passionate, hardworking, and smart-working. The role involves calling potential customers, explaining our services/products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients using the provided leads and databases.
  • Present products/services clearly and persuasively to potential customers.
  • Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or packages.
  • Generate sales and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and provide timely responses.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies to improve sales.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with existing customers for upselling.
  • Report daily sales activities and outcomes to the sales manager.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10th or 12th pass; graduation preferred but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage but freshers can apply.
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Target-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive selling and negotiation abilities.
  • Good listening skills to understand customer requirements.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Confidence and professionalism on calls.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
