Required Telecaller - Delhi

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining the company s products or services, and converting leads into sales. You must have excellent communication skills , the ability to convince customers, and a strong desire to achieve targets. Serious and professional individuals who can do hard and smart work are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
• Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
• Generate interest and convert leads into successful sales.
• Maintain records of calls and follow-up status using CRM tools or call logs.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Work with the sales team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Attend regular training sessions and meetings.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in& Hindi, English, regional languages
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle call tracking tools.
• Confidence in speaking and convincing potential clients.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Serious candidates only this is a performance-driven role.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
• Prior telecalling, BPO, or customer service experience is an advantage
