The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital tools like Zoho Social, strong analytical skills, and a strategic mindset for campaign planning and performance tracking.Key Responsibilities:- Design campaigns and events for THW at societies, exhibitions, and partner locations.- Set up and manage stalls, handle product sampling activities, and gather customer feedback.- Actively engage with potential customers, communicate brand values, and generate leads or sales.- Assist in building and managing local partner/vendor relationships.- Own and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.- Use tools like Zoho Social, Zoho Campaigns, or equivalent platforms for scheduling, email marketing, and performance tracking.- Manage WhatsApp marketing and social media activities during campaigns.- Coordinate with design, sales, and other teams to ensure consistency in communication and visuals.- Track, analyze, and report campaign KPIs across platforms.- Adapt and optimize strategies based on insights and campaign performance.- Support CRM and email marketing efforts through segmentation, execution, and analysis.Qualifications & Requirements:Educational Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.- Certifications in digital marketing are a plus.Experience:- Two years of relevant experience (internships or freelance projects are a plus).- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Hands-on experience with digital tools like Zoho, Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.- Strong skills in analytics, reporting, and decision-making.Skills & Competencies:- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Enthusiastic about health, wellness, and sustainable living.- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach.- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.- Self-motivated and detail-oriented (ref:updazz.com)
