Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records in HubSpot, including lead qualification notes, deal stages, and tags.- Draft, prepare, and send client-facing documents such as Statements of Work (SoWs), NDAs, and proposals, and track their turnaround.- Document all discovery and sales calls with detailed notes on pain points, timelines, budgets, and technical requirements.- Schedule and facilitate internal coordination meetings between Business Development, Pre-Sales, and - Development teams to ensure smooth project handoffs.- Proactively manage and maintain structured follow-up queues, especially for long-cycle and high-value technology deals.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):- 100% CRM data hygiene: All data and documents must be complete, clean, and updated in HubSpot.- <24-hour proposal turnaround: Proposals and required documents to be dispatched within 24 hours post-client interaction.- 0 missed post-call summaries: All client meetings must be documented and summarized on the same day.Ideal Candidate Profile:- 2 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, or sales operations within an IT or software development company.- Proven ability to work with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot), manage documentation, and coordinate internal teams.- Strong communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.- Organized, proactive, and responsive, with a passion for operational excellence in a sales-driven environment.
