Job description - Admission CounsellorThe Admission Counselor will play a crucial role in managing and executing the admissions process.This position requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual who will work closely with the Centre Head to ensure seamless admissions operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving walk-ins, managing inquiries, and implementing marketing strategies to meet admission targets.Key Responsibilities:- Handle all aspects of the admissions process for existing and new branches, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for prospective students and their families.- Collaborate with the Centre Head to strategize and execute plans to increase admissions.- Engage with potential parents through various channels, including walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and social media.- Develop and implement marketing initiatives, both online and offline, to attract prospective students and increase brand visibility.- Maintain accurate records of inquiries and follow up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions.- Meet and exceed admission targets, offering personalized guidance and information to prospective students.- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns promptly and effectively.- Should be ok with canopy and other marketing work-- Job timings - 9 am to 6 pm/10 am to 7 pm, six days working - Targets and Incentives:- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.- Incentives will be provided based on meeting and exceeding targets, with additional bonuses for exceptional performance.Gs teamwww.growinnsteps.com (ref:updazz.com)
