Job Description
Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and driven Territory Manager - Business Development to spearhead growth initiatives in an assigned region. This role involves, market research, client engagement, revenue generation, field work, for both our media and real estate verticals. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between the company and potential clients, managing the territory with a focus on new business development, customer satisfaction, and strategic partnerships.Key Responsibilities:1. Market Research & Territory Analysis:- Conduct regular on-ground market visits to identify trends, competition, and potential business opportunities.- Gather data on customer preferences, competitor strategies, and local market dynamics.- Provide insights and feedback to central strategy and marketing teams.2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients across the media and real estate ecosystem.- Build and nurture strong relationships with advertisers, real estate developers, agency partners, and brokers.- Manage the client lifecycle - from pitching to onboarding, servicing, and retention.3. Sales Execution & Revenue Generation:- Achieve assigned sales targets for the territory.- Negotiate and close business deals ensuring profitable growth.- Cross-sell media properties and real estate solutions wherever applicable.4. Travel & Field Engagement:- Travel extensively within the territory to meet clients, conduct presentations, attend events, and explore new markets.- Represent the company in business forums, expos, and exhibitions within the region.5. Coordination & Reporting:- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, operations, accounts) to ensure smooth project execution.- Maintain updated CRM entries and prepare weekly sales and market intelligence reports.- Monitor client satisfaction and ensure after-sales support is timely and professional.Qualifications & Skills:- Experience in Sales/business development.- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.- Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.- Strong understanding of regional market trends and customer behaviour.- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, (ref:updazz.com)
