We are seeking exceptional talent across the board to join us in our exciting growth journey.For more about Group Bayport, please visitWebsite: Summary :Job Responsibilities- Study design briefs and determine requirements.- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.- Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic.- Work with other departments to produce final design.- Test graphics across various media- Amend designs after Customer/Internal feedback.- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.External Interfaces Internal Interfaces - Cross-functional team members. Team Lead / Shift ManagerJob RequirementsEducational Qualification and Experience Any Graduate with 0 - 5 years of Graphic Designing experience.Technical Skills - Proven graphic designing knowledge.- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, AI tools).- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.Behavioural Skills :- Good command over English language in order to read Customers comments correctly.- Positive attitude.-Well-organized.- Attention to details.
