Job Description

One Abu Dhabi ( UAE) school is looking for female Teacher can teach till grade 10 Math and science& Well in English speaking& Two year contract basis. Benefits& Free visa& Free health insurance. Monthly salary 3000 dirham.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Planning and Delivery:
- Develop detailed lesson plans for mathematics and science topics in line with the school curriculum.
- Prepare teaching materials, visual aids, and activities to facilitate effective learning.
- Deliver lessons using innovative teaching methods that cater to different learning styles.
- Ensure that lessons are interactive, engaging, and aligned with learning objectives.
Student Engagement and Support:
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific inquiry among students.
- Monitor student progress, identify learning gaps, and provide additional support or tutoring as required.
- Motivate students to participate actively in class discussions, experiments, and problem-solving exercises.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, collaboration, and discipline.
Assessment and Evaluation:
- Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their performance.
- Maintain accurate records of student grades, attendance, and participation.
- Prepare reports on student performance and share insights with parents and school management.
Classroom Management:
- Maintain discipline and order in the classroom while promoting a supportive learning environment.
- Implement school rules, policies, and procedures consistently.
- Encourage positive behavior, cooperation, and mutual respect among students.
Science Practical and Laboratory Work:
- Conduct science experiments and practical demonstrations to enhance conceptual understanding.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed in the laboratory and during practical activities.
- Guide students in proper use of scientific equipment and materials.
Parent and Community Engagement:
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and academic workshops.
- Collaborate with colleagues to organize co-curricular and extracurricular activities related to math and science.
Professional Development:
- Stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies, educational technologies, and curriculum changes.
- Attend training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance professional skills.
- Apply innovative teaching strategies and digital tools to improve student learning outcomes.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers to develop interdisciplinary lessons and projects.
- Assist in developing school-wide programs and initiatives that promote STEM education.
