Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to make calls to potential or existing customers . The role involves promoting products or services, generating leads, providing customer support, and gathering information . The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a target-oriented mindset .
1. Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential donors using provided contact lists.
2. Relationship Building: Build rapport with donors by explaining the purpose and impact of donations. Address donor concerns and queries regarding the organization.
3.Fundraising & Persuasion: Convince individuals or businesses to make donations.
4. Data Management: Accurately record donor details, pledged amounts, and payment methods.

Required Skills & Competencies

A. Technical Skills

  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office, and call management tools .
  • Ability to document calls, leads, and follow-ups accurately .

B. Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills .
  • Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude .
  • Goal-oriented, resilient, and able to handle rejection positively.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills .
