Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fitness Manager to lead our fitness studio operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily studio activities, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and driving membership sales. The Fitness Manager should have a passion for health and wellness, a strong background in client servicing, and proven sales experience.Key Responsibilities:Studio Operations:- Oversee day-to-day operations of the fitness studio.- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of all equipment and facilities.- Coordinate schedules for staff, trainers, and group classes.- Monitor inventory and manage procurement of fitness supplies.Client Servicing:- Ensure exceptional service standards and personalized experiences for all clients.- Handle client queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.- Regularly engage with clients to understand their goals and track satisfaction.- Organize member events, challenges, and retention programs.Sales & Business Development:- Achieve monthly and quarterly membership sales targets.- Conduct studio tours for prospective clients and convert leads into members.- Implement marketing strategies to drive footfall and brand awareness.- Build partnerships with local businesses or influencers for promotions and referrals.Team Management:- Lead, motivate, and train a team of front desk staff, trainers, and cleaning staff.- Conduct performance reviews and support employee development.- Maintain a positive and productive work environment.Qualifications & Requirements:Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Sports Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in fitness/gym management, client servicing, or sales.- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.- Passion for fitness and healthy living.Compensation:- Competitive salary performance-based incentives.- Complimentary studio membership and discounts on services.Working Hours:6 days a week (rotational shifts may apply depending on studio hours).
