Job Description
AjnaLens is looking for a driven Sales & Lead Generation Executive to join our Simulator & Enterprise Business Division at our Thane HQ. With 2-3 years of experience in sales or lead generation (B2B preferred), you ll be working on the frontlines of India s XR and AI revolution - helping enterprises, defense organizations, and skill development institutions adopt immersive simulators and AI-powered glasses.Recent Milestone: AjnaLens recently expanded its enterprise simulator portfolio, enabling industries to train and upskill teams in record time using mixed reality. This role puts you in the middle of that growth story.Top 3 Daily Tasks1. Generate & Qualify Leads - Identify high-potential B2B customers via LinkedIn, networking, outbound campaigns, and industry events.2. Drive Sales Execution - Schedule demos, nurture relationships, and close deals for XR simulators and AI glasses.3. Track & Report - Maintain CRM records, monitor pipeline health, and analyze market trends for new opportunities.Minimum Work Experience Required2-3 years in sales, lead generation, or business development (B2B or tech products preferred).Top 5 Skills You Should Possess1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.2. Proven ability to generate and convert organic leads.3. Expertise in LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools.4. Ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.5. Self-motivation with a growth mindset.Full-Stack AwarenessWhile you ll focus on sales, you ll work closely with technical, product, and marketing teams to align client needs with our XR & AI solutions.Bonus Points For1.
